This e-zine has been a few months in the making as I got so lost re-researching all these ingredients as I realized how much I’ve learned since I wrote about some of them in 2009. You may recognize some of the posts as those found on the blog with small modifications – for instance, sodium lactate or Hydrovance – but quite a few we haven’t met before.
