I love love love argireline (INCI: Water (and) acetyl hexapeptide-8). It’s a water soluble cosmeceutical we use at 3% to 10% in gels, lotions, and more. It’s called “Botox in a Jar” as it’s a neurotransmitter inhibitor peptide or something that inhibits a protein that’s required to tell a muscle to contract, which results in a more relaxed muscle. I think this is a bit of hyperbole, but it is a wonderful ingredient.
Suggested usage is 1% to 10%.
